FutureGrind

Remember Uniracers on the Super Nintendo? No? That's cuz somebody sued the developers because Pixar thought they owned the likeness of unicycles and took them to kangaroo court and won. Since then, video game developers have actively avoided implementing anything that slightly resembles a unicycle, until now!

Okay so technically it's a bicycle since it has two wheels but the concept is similar. You make your way across the grind rails pulling tricks and making sure not to mismatch your colors or else you gotta restart-- and this may be the fastest restart I have ever experienced. I believe it takes negative 0.2 seconds to begin your line again, hence FutureGrind!

There are six different vehicles with their own unique properities to keep things interesting. Later levels have you swapping colors and performing tricky feats, but ultimate it's a high score game which actually takes a bit of clever planning and execution if you want to optimize your points. Overall, an excellent distraction. Now if they could only make a sequel that involves racing other opponents. I'll be on the lookout.
